CSUNPOWER and Shams Power Joins Hands for Solar Business Cooperation in Pakistan

On 10th July 2019, the Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signed between CSUNPOWER and Shams Power in Lahore, Pakistan by Mr. Michael (President, CSUNPOWER) and Mr. Omar M. Malik (Director BD, Shams Power).


At the ceremony, the two sides exchange of views on how to bring advantages, develop the vibrant Pakistan industrial and commercial solar market, and cooperate in business development, project construction, solar technology,

cost control and project investment and financing. The two sides reached an agreement, and will join hands for solar business cooperation in Pakistan.

Mr. Michael, president of CSUNPOWER, said that the strategic cooperation agreement is the beginning of the in-depth cooperation between the two sides. In line with the principle of “Complementary Advantages and Win-win Cooperation”,

the two sides will establish and improve the strategic cooperation mechanism, maximize the integration of the superior resources of the two sides, carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of project development, EPC, operation and maintenance,

investment and financing, and strengthen the leading position of the two sides in Pakistan’s solar industry.

Mr. Omar M. Malik said that shams Power will give full play to its resource advantages and investment and financing capacity in the industrial and commercial solar market of Pakistan, and join hands with CSUNPOWER to make a big share of the

industrial and commercial PV market.
